What services do you offer?

We offer private training in both Boxing and Kickboxing for ages 10 and up. Sessions are tailored to your experience level and goals, whether you’re looking to learn the fundamentals, improve fitness, sharpen technique, or compete. Each session focuses on proper form, conditioning, and skill development in a safe, supportive environment. Small-group sessions may include light partner drills, but training is always personalized to your progress

Training takes place at the legendary Gleason’s Gym, one of the most respected boxing gyms in the world, giving clients an authentic environment to learn and train. Sessions are structured but adaptable, meeting you at your current level while steadily pushing your progress forward.
